"Hello there!! I’ve been thinking about you guys and hoping life is treating you well.
Just wanted to say again, THANK YOU so much for absolutely everything you did, and continue to do, for me. I am in love with my house and am enjoying developing its personality day by day. I’ve slowly been gathering furniture and decorations to make it feel like home, and I’m finally realizing that I don’t have to move “when my lease is up.” It’s a little memory trip for me seeing the newer M/I homes going up. Oh, those were the days! But now I, of course, love having my “older” new house feel like MY home.
Thank you also for all the calendars and little gifts that keep trickling in. They always make my day! I LOVE the grocery bag!!! It has definitely caught they eyes of many as well. One of these days someone is going to contact you I hope! I rave about you guys to everyone I meet!
Really… you both made my home buying purchase such a special stage in my life. I could have just gone through the motions, but you made it so much fun and helped me make those decisions I didn’t quite know how to make on my own. For all the miles, for all the MANY homes we looked at, I am grateful.

When we first met with you both a year and a half ago, we walked away with a good wealth of knowledge and knowing that we had a team that could guide us through these uncharted waters. You were very patient with us, especially looking at 40+ houses all in the Culpeper area. If you or Katie weren’t available you always tried your hardest to find someone to show us the house that we always really wanted to see or made it possible for us to put in contracts during late hours. When we finally fell in love with our home in February, we knew that was it. You kindly advised us that it was a short sale and that it could take a few months. We never thought it would take us 7 months and 3 closing dates later; we are finally settling in and loving our new home. You and Katie were always there to answer our questions and kept us informed on the dealings with the selling bank. You stepped up by addressing the lack of motivation from the selling bank by daily communications with the list agent. As the listing agent said your ‘aggressiveness’ even kept her going when she was ready to let the bank take the house into foreclosure. Your professionalism and determination during what seemed like a forever process, kept us going. Again we would like to thank you for being our lead car on this very emotional and bumpy roller coaster ride. You both were our ‘book ends’ during this whole process. In what would become the most challenging ordeal with respect to selling a home that I have ever encountered, you proved that no mountain was too high to overcome and to be sure, there were some pretty imposing ones. This is the 4th home we have sold in 3 states and I can say without hesitation you were by far the best Realtor we have dealt with and while perfect is elusive, you were as close as anyone could ever hope to get. You were very up front and honest about the market and fair in your assessment of our position in the market. Your professionalism during some pretty tense moments in the waning hours of the sale was remarkable and your spirit and determination unwavering. When the buyer's agent was unable to get answers from the lender, you did. When we seemed to be at a standstill with respect to the deal moving, you got the ball going... Also the personal touch of providing supper the move in day is a welcome and appreciated gesture. By no means is this the “norm” in real estate.
